IFAC Copyright
Any paper submitted for presentation to the ACE'06 must be original, not having been previously published or being currently considered elsewhere. All papers that are accepted will be published on a CD-ROM and distributed to the participants. Papers duly presented will be stored and offered for sale in the form of Proceeding volumes by Elsevier Science, Oxford, England. The papers that are presented will be further screened for possible publication in the IFAC journals, Automatica and Control Engineering Practice, or in an IFAC affiliated journal. All the papers that are presented will be registered in Control Engineering Practice.
Copyright in material presented at an IFAC meeting is held by IFAC. Authors will be sent a copyright transfer form. Automatica, Control Engineering Practice, and then IFAC affiliated journals have priority access to all the contributions that are presented. However, if the author is not contacted by an editor of one of these journals within three months after the meeting, he/she is free to resubmit the material for publication elsewhere. In this case, the paper submitted to the IFAC meeting must have a reference indicating where it was originally presented. Authors who have any query should consult the detailed IFAC copyright conditions available from the IFAC Secretariat.
